We are seeking a Content Analyst to help inform, track, and analyze our global content strategies across multiple territories and platforms. This role will work closely with Programming and collaborate with partners across divisions to support, document, and draw insights from programming strategies designed to drive audience acquisition, retention, and growth. What will you be doing? Work closely with all Pluto TV regional programming teams to inform the evolution of Central content strategies. Work closely with and brief BI team on areas of focus and summarize key takeaways of analysis for Content team. Assist in development and implementation of new content strategies across markets through sharing Best Practice and supporting local teams in use and understanding of BI tools. Track and summarize key findings from multi-market programming initiatives to recommend improvements. Consolidate key performance data and observations across International markets for Monthly and Quarterly Leadership updates. Build case studies on key initiatives and support the creation of presentations for various audiences including Sales, Content Partners. Work with programming teams to establish requirements for any additional BI tools to help support their success. Work with internal research teams and external 3rd parties to understand the FAST competitive landscape and track performance against the competitive set. Coordinate input and feedback from International markets on programming/growth initiatives. Assist VP, Content Strategy & Programming Operations with special and ad hoc projects/analysis as needed. What are we looking for? Experience of working in a major digital video business, preferably dealing with FAST, broadcast, SVOD, or other long-form premium content provider. Strong analytical and commercial modeling skills, excellent proficiency in PowerPoint. Experience in using data and analysis to inform operational and strategic decision-making, with a broader understanding of the importance and uses of data in video businesses. Demonstrate experience in market and competitive analysis. Strong passion for content and entertainment and broad knowledge of pop culture, film, TV, and online video. A teammate who is adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced organization. First-class written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
