Content and Bids Coordinator Marketing and Business Development Department Office-based role in Preston PR1 Lancashire, Northwest Full time, permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday (5 days) Salary + bonus scheme + benefits to support your health and wellbeing Napthens is a leading provider of legal services in the Northwest, with a compelling reputation in corporate, commercial, and private client services. Napthens Group is changing, and so is our business development and marketing team. Reporting to the Content Creation Manager in this new role, you will manage and coordinate the bid process, ensuring that all proposals are engaging, compelling, accurate, and submitted on time. Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information required for bids and proposals. You will develop and maintain a library of standard bid content, templates, and best practices, including policies, clauses, awards, accreditations, and other relevant information to be used in the bids process. You should be comfortable editing and proofreading documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and brand guidelines. There is also an opportunity to support the content manager in providing on-brand, relevant content for internal and external communications as needed. You are expected to be highly organized, possess excellent project management skills, have outstanding communication abilities, and maintain a keen eye for detail. A bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in a relevant area is likely required. While legal sector experience is not essential, it would be helpful. Experience within professional services or a similar industry would also be beneficial. A marketing mindset is the most important quality to us. This role has status and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business. Location and Working Pattern : You must be comfortable working in our Preston head office on a daily basis, Monday to Friday. This is not a hybrid or remote role.
