£28,000 37.5 hours Hybrid with travel and work across the UK, with expectation of minimum 3 days at sites We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create compelling content across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. What you can expect in return: £28,000 per annual 15% company performance related bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Up to 60% discount for you, your partner as well as your family and friends You will be responsible for: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Create graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals. Use various tools and software for content creation, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media strategy. Plan and schedule content in advance using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Foster community engagement and manage interactions to build a loyal online following. Being comfortable acting as the “talent” in front of the camera alongside engaging colleagues on site to feature. Track and analyse social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Prepare regular reports on social media activities and suggest improvements based on data. Work with graphic designers, videographers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content. Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility. Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. The candidate we are looking for will have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Portfolio of previous social media work. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Highly motivated and passionate about social media and digital marketing. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
