Design both micro- and long-form content that’s clear, engaging, and user-friendly across multiple platforms. Align content design activities, ensuring user-centered, evidence-based approaches. Use insights from research and analytics to refine content strategies. Work closely with UX Designers, Developers, and Researchers to deliver cohesive experiences. Shape content that enhances user journeys and achieves business goals. Ensure content adheres to accessibility standards, privacy laws, and industry regulations. About You
Proven experience in content design, ideally with public sector exposure. Expertise in user-centered design principles. Ability to negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders. Familiarity with brand tone guidelines, design patterns, and style guides. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Experience with Markdown or HTML is a plus. Experience with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards. A background in Agile and multidisciplinary environments.
