Content / Document Management Specialist

who can offer experience in the field of Knowledge Management (KM). In summary, you will be keen to get involved in projects, data, content management (both internal and external application), report building, website usability, and utilize various technology tools and applications. Role – you will be involved in a range of:

Develop content management e.g. create, review, and refresh content on the firm’s internal and client-facing tools and support technology updates on all. Help provide reports on analytics and metrics and recommend content updates based on data. Actively participate in knowledge sharing projects. Participate in discussions on process enhancements, workflow, and improved ways of working, contributing to and building a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Requirement – suitable candidates will offer:

Circa 2-3 years’ experience, ideally from a legal or professional services company. A healthy level of Project Management (PM) experience, project management terminology and concepts including agile. A degree in a related field of study e.g. Law, Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Science and/or Communications. Other disciplines will be considered. Strong understanding and extensive use of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and technologies e.g. including intranet/portal management, website usability, databases and repositories, subscription management, collaborative and social software, content and document management, search engines, taxonomy/metadata, metrics reporting/analytics, workflow and process automation, community management, and knowledge harvesting. Ability to structure and present data/information using tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Document Management Systems. Experience of Smartsheet and Contentful is advantageous.
