Financial Times Live (FT Live) is the conferences and events division of the Financial Times newspaper and its group publications. Our mission is to bring our global executive audiences the very latest in knowledge and opinion, and connect them to one another. As a Content Editor, you will have the outstanding opportunity to work on a range of core and partner events that reach a global audience. Your role will be to research, write, and produce high quality event programmes, source outstanding speakers, and manage the entire event production process. This position is perfect for someone who is ambitious and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and encouraging environment. Responsibilities

Research, write, and produce innovative and flawless event programmes (digital, hybrid, and in-person). Source, invite, and confirm top-tier speakers for our high-profile events. Collaborate closely with FT journalists and the FT Specialist team to ensure the highest quality content. Partner with the sponsorship team to successfully implement content deliverables. Work with the marketing team to develop engaging copy for various promotional materials. Serve as a liaison for speakers and manage event logistics on the day. Assist with post-event activities, including speaker thank-yous and event summaries. Proven excellence in research and copywriting. Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate with multiple collaborators. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. A keen interest in global business issues and current affairs. Agile and adaptable to the fast-paced, innovative environment of the media and events industry.
