This role involves maintaining meticulous records, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with clients and team leaders to enhance content strategies. The role: Write quality content including but not limited to blogs, email marketing content, ad copy, social and website content. Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall campaign goals. Oversee the content creation for a variety of clients and develop good client relationships with regular, clear communication. Implement necessary brand guidelines and tone of voice for each account keeping target audience and goals in mind. Work with the client to ensure suggested changes are implemented following initial feedback. Keep open communication and highlight any blockers with the Head of Content on deadline progress. Carry out competitor and industry research to identify opportunities and gaps within content. Review current website content for improvements and optimisation. Carry out keyword research using tools to identify long-tail keyword opportunities for blogs. Employ in-depth research skills, ensuring accurate information for a range of clients.
