Content Executive My client, a thriving company based in St. Albans, is seeking a talented and driven Content Executive to join their dynamic team.
This pivotal role requires a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of social media best practices, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
The ideal candidate should be a creative and results-oriented individual with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning: * Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with client and company business objectives. * Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their goals and translate them into actionable, data-driven content plans. * Leverage analytics data to continuously monitor, analyse, and optimize content performance.
Social Media Management: * Lead the planning, execution, and management of organic and paid social media campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). * Analyse campaign performance metrics, track key KPIs, and generate insightful reports for clients. * Optimise campaigns based on data analysis and industry best practices.
Content Creation: * Create high-quality, engaging multimedia content, including social media posts, videos (TikToks, Reels), web headers, newsletters, and print materials. * Produce, edit, and refine video content, ensuring optimal quality and impact. * Develop compelling design assets that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a role focused on content creation, social media management, or a closely related field. Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns that demonstrate measurable results. Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics. Solid understanding of branding principles & typography. Expertise in Canva.
The ideal candidate should be: A creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. A collaborative team-player with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. A highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Confident with all Microsoft Applications including Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
