We are seeking an experienced and talented

Content Executive

to elevate our creative output and help drive the content strategy for both our clients and OnBrand. This is a pivotal role requiring hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and strategic planning. You’ll have a strong portfolio of work, a proven track record of managing social media channels for clients, and the ability to contribute to a high-performing team. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for clients and OnBrand, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand goals and translate them into actionable content plans. Use analytics data to amend and optimise creative to create content that performs highly. Social Media Management:

Lead the management and execution of organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and report results to clients. Content Creation:

Create engaging multimedia content, including high-quality social media posts, TikToks, Reels, web headers, newsletters, and print materials. Produce, edit, and refine video content for maximum impact. Develop design assets in line with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Client Collaboration:

Build strong client relationships through effective communication and reporting on project progress and results. Present creative concepts and strategies confidently to stakeholders. Team Interaction & Innovation:

Support the OnBrand team in their client projects by providing creative assistance and solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative ideas and tools to improve processes and outcomes. You should be: A creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. A highly organised, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Up for an after-work social. Essential: Experience (min 2 years) with content creation, social media management, or a related role with examples of work to prove it! Proven ability to deliver measurable results through social media campaigns and content strategies. Proficient with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics. Solid understanding of branding principles & typography. Expertise in Canva. Desired: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Experience with WordPress.
