In our team you will learn: How to shape winning customer experiences for our clients, through content transformation (strategy through to activation) To drive successful, data-driven business outcomes in client work predominantly in large scale global projects with the opportunity to work in multiple different industries Best in class principles, frameworks and methodologies to provide end-to-end expertise across the content lifecycle and reimagining the operations, processes and platforms underpinning it Thought leadership development opportunities, knowledge sharing and leading trends and technologies in the content and marketing space (in particular GenAI) Work at the intersection of Accenture Song’s Creative and Consulting teams, drawing on a global network of best-in-class content strategists and production hubs As a Content Operations Consultant you will: Support content activation at scale opportunities through initial content discovery initiatives and proposal development tailored to specific client challenges and industries Manage omni-channel content production workflows end-to-end (from briefing to publishing), driving improvements and enhancements, including through offshore or centralised content production hubs Take ownership of project workstreams and respective client stakeholder coordination and relationship building Build and execute against the content transformation roadmap, bringing best practice delivery rigour in agile ways of working Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process, whilst developing and tracking KPIs Build strong internal networks and relationships, supporting opportunity origination, knowledge sharing and community building through side of desk activities Who we’re looking for: As a Content Operations Consultant you will have relevant expertise in Content and Marketing strategy and operations. We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and experience: Experience in content and/or marketing transformation roles in-house or as part of a consultancy or agency Good understanding of the end-to-end content lifecycle (strategy, ideation, production, distribution and measurement) with experience in orchestrating and improving content processes/workflows An understanding of content creation processes (creative, adaptation, translation etc) for content across multiple channels Experience working with or application of content tools for example: DAMs (digital asset management platforms) and/or CMS (content management systems) Experience and ability to project manage your dedicated workstream for global client projects and apply learnings in a variety of client contexts Experience partnering centralised content production or marketing hubs, including working with offshore resources Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate, partner and build relationships A natural curiosity and passion for marketing, marketing technologies and a strong understanding of marketing and industry trends Experience in any of the following sectors: Life Sciences and Consumer Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Communication, Media, Entertainment and Technology What’s in it for you: At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes up to 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice.
