Our team is growing and we're searching for a creative and strategic Content Manager, to oversee our social media channels and all related content at Fanvue. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, excels at building relationships, and maintains consistency across multiple platforms to enhance our creator community. We’re looking for someone with:

  • Deep understanding of the social media and digital landscape, including content and media trends, paid media, and online consumer behaviour.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in developing original and/or campaign video content, strategy and execution.
  • Strong project management skills with proven multi-tasking ability.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in content development and production, paid media, and social media community management (agency or client-side).
  • Experience with social media and influencer publishing, listening, and tracking platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Tagger, or similar).


What’ll you be working on:

  • Create and manage comprehensive content ideas and calendars for all social media platforms.
  • Coordinate content creation and asset delivery between external collaborators and internal team.
  • Streamline communication between external partners and the internal team to foster collaboration.
  • Assist in sourcing and interviewing talent, including creators and freelancers.
  • Contribute to content creation as needed, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
  • Support the development and execution of content strategies to drive creator sign-ups and engagement.
  • Manage creative agencies, designers, producers, and videographers to produce relevant content.
  • Track and report on content performance against defined KPIs, using insights to optimise future content.
  • Orchestrate the programming of content across owned, paid, and influencer social platforms.
  • Review past content to extract impactful quotes and themes for future use.
