Join Holland and Barrett on a 12 Month FTC as a Content Manager (B2B) to lead innovative strategies that engage, empower, and deliver meaningful results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver bespoke content plans that enhance client engagement and drive health and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design bespoke content goals and oversee their delivery from conception to execution. Manage the end-to-end B2B content calendar, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. Own day-to-day content processes, including project management, briefing writers, and budget oversight. Collaborate with the Content Producer to produce content across multiple formats, such as video, infographics, and more. Monitor content performance using data insights to optimise engagement and retention. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content aligns with Holland and Barrett's tone of voice and branding guidelines. Work closely with marketing teams to amplify content across channels. Location:

Based in London, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.

The Person:

Extensive experience in content management or related roles. Proven expertise in digital content production and project management tools. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to track and improve performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for health, wellness, and behaviour change content. Familiarity with CMS platforms and data analytics tools like Google Analytics. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
