London, GB Full Time Something Extraordinary Every Day The Content Manager role is a dynamic and essential position that begins and ends with exceptional project management and a passion for impactful, creative content. This individual will support the development and execution of content marketing strategies, ensuring that all efforts align with the goals of the Source Market team. Working closely with the Head of Content – Source Markets & Partnerships and other key stakeholders, the Content Manager will be responsible for managing content across multiple channels, tailored for specific audience segments, and driving measurable engagement & impact. The role requires a unique blend of strategic oversight and creativity to continually refine and elevate content strategies based on data insights. This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 1 day a week. What you will be doing Serve as the central point for collaboration with Functional Heads (Social, Partnerships, International Markets, Digital, Media, etc.), to refine the overarching content and digital omnichannel strategies, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and target audience insights. Lead the creation of tailored, audience-driven content across channels, working in close partnership with the Creative team to amplify brand storytelling and enhance the product narrative. Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment across all campaigns. Maximize content impact by strategically distributing and optimizing across various digital channels, ensuring consistency with broader marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel heads to capture and translate content needs into the broader omnichannel strategy. What makes you special Background in creative agencies or international market settings. Experience with reporting tools for content measurement and optimization. Demonstrated experience creating engaging, social-media-led brand content. Familiarity with segmented email campaigns and digital marketing, including omnichannel strategy development.
