This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist creative arts institution with a 175-year history. They are a smaller university with ambitious growth plans, addressing global challenges in the arts. They are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Content Manager to lead and develop their content strategy. This role will shape their brand and drive student recruitment. You'll lead a team, mentoring them in producing exceptional content. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated content strategies. Measure and improve campaign performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling content. Manage the content calendar and social media activity. Build and execute a media relations strategy. Lead and mentor a team of content professionals. Stay up-to-date with digital trends. Champion best practices across the university. Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel content strategies. Experience managing teams and meeting deadlines. Strong understanding of content management systems and SEO. Data-driven approach to content creation and analysis. Excellent writing and communication skills. Project management and organizational skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Office 365. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel. Desirable: Understanding of the higher education market. Marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM Diploma). Experience with photo and video editing software. Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite). Benefits: 37 hours per week, full-time. Salary: £37,999 - £45,163 per annum.
