Join a passionate, founder-led brand on its mission to disrupt the premium beauty market. Use your digital marketing experience within luxury beauty, skincare or fragrance to create, manage, and optimize digital content and campaigns that build brand presence and drive customer engagement.
This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days a week in the company’s Stoke-on-Trent office.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage engaging social media content, monitoring trends and optimizing performance across channels.
Design and write compelling email campaigns, developing templates to drive increased conversion rates.
Support creative direction and management of photoshoots, maintaining a comprehensive digital asset library.
Assist with international brand presence through custom assets and partner communication support.
Collaborate on website content creation, including SEO-optimized blogs, banners, and product imagery.
Develop engaging digital advertising content for multiple platforms, informed by competitor analysis.
Plan and execute event content strategy, capturing and distributing materials across channels.
Candidate Requirements:
Proficient in managing production of Meta and Google Ad content, plus utilizing social media management tools.
Experienced in creating platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social channels, with a strong understanding of each platform’s tone and audience.
Possesses a luxury aesthetic and a creative eye for studio work, lighting, and production.
Skilled in editing with proven ability to use creative tools and platforms such as CapCut, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
Adept at writing engaging, on-brand copy and leveraging email marketing tools effectively.
