The Role

The role is for a Content Marketing Executive to work across our acquisition activities, creating content that enables us to attract and acquire target customers by utilising organic and paid channels. The role reports directly to our Head of Content and will collaborate closely with our Acquisition Team, which comprises SEO, affiliates, and paid marketing.

The person in this role will be instrumental in shaping our approach to creating user journeys that maximise activation intent across our priority regions. This will include working with SEO and growth marketers to form a conversion rate optimisation experiment roadmap, developing a scaleable approach to global content generation and collaborating on integrated marketing campaigns that capitalise on timebound opportunities.

Responsibilities include

Create messaging frameworks for integrated campaigns Create and test content across multiple formats, including video, social, display advertising and long-form blogs and guides Create personalised prospect journeys across paid campaigns Ensure that content across owned channels are SEO-optimised and at a consistently high standard Where appropriate, appoint and manage external contributors to assist in producing content Be a tone of voice champion and support the wider Content Team in QA'ing content created by others across the organisation

You bring 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing content creation, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or a related fast-paced industry. Exceptional Writing Skills:

You're an accomplished writer who knows how to balance creativity with clarity, adhering to tone of voice and brand guidelines. Content Versatility:

You have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft impactful written, spoken, and multimedia content, such as blogs, emails, webinars, video scripts, and infographics. Engaging Copy Across Formats:

You excel at writing both short- and long-form copy, making complex topics digestible, actionable, and engaging. Data-Led Creativity:

You skillfully use data to validate ideas, measure impact, and refine strategies, while valuing the creative spark that drives standout content. Proactive and Cross-Functional:

You're highly proactive, capable of managing multiple projects independently, and thrive when collaborating across teams on integrated campaigns. Meticulous Attention to Detail:

You're an editorial perfectionist with a sharp eye for detail, confidently reviewing and improving your work and others'. SEO Knowledge:

You understand the principles of SEO and have experience optimizing content or collaborating with SEO experts on impactful projects. CMS Proficiency:

You have hands-on experience with CMS platforms, efficiently managing content and ensuring quality across channels. UX copywriting experience would be beneficial but not essential.
