We are 4Com; an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company that is currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our talented team of marketers, with the chance to rapidly grow your skillset to take on further responsibility and progress. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and distributing content to promote our business. You will be a talented copywriter with an impeccable eye for detail, as the role will involve crafting content for press releases, social media, and our campaign team, among other areas. You will also proactively find the stories from across our business and turn them into shareable content, with the help of a talented team of designers, videographers, and developers. Please note that this role is office-based in Bournemouth with occasional UK travel expected (1 - 4 days a month). Responsibilities

Manage the content function within the marketing team, with a particular focus on PR and social media. Ensure consistency in content and tone wherever we are conveying our brand. Create high-quality and engaging content plans including articles, case studies, videos, web pages, etc. on a range of topics across all company brands for print, social and web. Collaborate with designers, marketers, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience. Write and pitch press releases, news stories, articles, case studies, and any other relevant material by phone or email to national, regional, and trade journalists across print, broadcast, and online. Support the wider marketing team with the day-to-day creation of content for a variety of outputs, including social media, email campaigns, web content, sales enablement, and digital activity. Work with the marketing team to manage company social media accounts and execute customer campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content and media coverage and make recommendations for key improvements and refinements. Ensure that online content is SEO optimized to drive traffic to our websites. Minimum Requirements

2 years' experience in a marketing/content role. Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Passion for translating complex concepts and products into clear and compelling content. Creative flair and passion for creating engaging customer-facing content and communications. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience generating content for social media. Benefits
