Become a part of our vibrant Marketing team as a Content Specialist! In this position, you will be instrumental in developing meaningful messages that resonate with our ambitious goals and engage diverse audiences.

Role type:

Hybrid WFH with travel to our London or Bracknell when required.

Salary:

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE

Requirements Work on positioning and explaining our multi-disciplinary primary care and wellbeing services, digital experience products, and clinical pathways to both consumers and business buyers through engaging materials. Enable internal sales and account management teams from HealthHero as well as our clients and partner organisations on winning new business and upselling to existing clients.

Requirements for the role: 5+ years' experience of working in a marketing role with a strong focus on content creation, copywriting, and content planning. Excellent content writer and communicator with demonstrable experience (we would love to see your portfolio). Strong grammatical skills are a must. Creativity in storytelling with the ability to simplify and distil complex ideas in an easy-to-digest, compelling manner. Proficient in creating impactful and visually appealing materials. Project management skills, with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders and coordinate the execution of marketing plans. Experience working in B2B and B2C organisations. Strategic mindset: Proven experience in developing content that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand narrative. Experience in content strategy. We're looking for someone who will own and drive forward the content strategy for new and existing customers across a range of channels (including email, social, web, app, press, and sales materials). Experience in working with project management tools and demonstrating organisational skills (Miro, Asana, Confluence). Thrives in a hard-working, fast-paced team. Ambitious to work in a start-up/scale-up environment.

Preferred experience: Experience working in the health or lifestyle sector. Experience using HubSpot (CRM, CMS, and automation). Experience working as a copywriter or content marketer in-house, or in an agency environment.
