The role: This role will support the ongoing growth of Hussle within the UK employee benefit space and will be responsible for supporting our growing B2B marketing team with the creation of high quality, engaging content to contribute to a full range of marketing activities and channels. We are looking for a creative, experienced marketing professional, with a passion for writing. They should be adaptable and be able to produce compelling content across a full range of both long and short formats, and translate these to well-presented, visually appealing formats where appropriate.

We’ll be looking for someone who can provide new ideas to enhance our current content marketing efforts in a way that resonates with HR, wellbeing and employee benefits professionals. The outcomes of the role will span lead generation, brand building and existing client retention/ activation.

The successful candidate will have an excellent ability to produce fresh, up-to-date content, drawing upon the latest trends, research and reports within the employee benefits space. They will take ownership for our annual content calendar, ensuring that our content output is aligned to key events and occasions throughout the year. What it involves: Plan and create high quality content to support the marketing team across a full range of channels including:

Website Articles and blog Social media E-books and whitepapers Customer case studies and testimonials Email marketing and newsletters PR and award entries

Conduct research within the HR, workplace wellbeing and employee benefits to inform the creation of educational, evidence-backed and authoritative content Build and sustain relationships with key industry media outlets and publication to support with our distribution of editorial content and PR Manage and own Hussle’s marketing content calendar, supporting the marketing, events, business development and customer success teams in developing communications in alignment to key topics and themes Edit, proofread and optimise key content in alignment to SEO and readability guidelines Support the marketing team in identifying and selecting the most effective channels and methods to reach and engage our target audience Report on the success of content marketing activities by keeping a close eye on key analytical measures such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion and customer activation/ retention Who you are: You have at least 2-years experience within content marketing Educated to degree-level in a writing-focused discipline Experience in creating B2B focused marketing content (preferred) An understanding and interest HR, workplace wellbeing, and the employee benefits sector Writing and content production experience that spans a full range of channels and formats Excellent organisational skills including multi-tasking, time management and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders A creative eye and ability to feed in new ideas within marketing strategies and wider team meetings Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and marketing analytics tools Experience or interest in the health and fitness industry on a professional or personal level (desirable) What we can offer you: A salary of between £30,000 and £35,00 pa dependent upon experience. Free access to the fitness services listed on Hussle A hybrid role (initially WFH) but with 2-3 days in our central London office from April-25 onwards (location to be confirmed)
