a small, dynamic marketing team as a Content Marketing Specialist, driving impactful content strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This role will be crucial in helping the business shift its brand focus, build online and offline influence and generate demand for its offerings. The Company Exeros Technologies has been a leader in smart vehicle camera and AI-driven safety systems for over 15 years. A wide portfolio of clients, including some of the largest vehicle fleets and dealers in the UK, has resulted in continued company success. To date, we have deployed our systems to over 250 fleet customers in the UK and have helped to reduce fleet accidents and costs by over 80%. Building on these achievements, Exeros has launched several exciting new technologies to automotive OEMs and the fleet/commercial vehicle market. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy Development:

Develop and execute a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engages target audiences, and supports lead generation. Website Content:

Plan, write and optimise content for key web pages with a focus on SEO, user experience and conversion optimisation. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the website effectively communicates value propositions. Content Creation and Management:

Produce blogs, case studies, white papers, webinars, and product guides tailored to decision-makers in the fleet market. Establish a content calendar aligned with sales goals, product launches, and campaigns. Oversee the creation of visual content such as videos and infographics to complement written content. SEO & Content Optimisation:

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings. Regularly audit and optimise existing content to ensure relevance and performance. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with the wider team to align content with broader marketing strategies, events, and campaigns. Thought Leadership & Industry Influence:

Craft thought leadership content to position Exeros as a key voice in vehicle technology. Identify opportunities to pitch articles, guest blogs, or case studies to relevant industry publications and blogs. Collaborate with the wider team to identify partnership or sponsorship opportunities (events, webinars, podcasts) to enhance industry influence. Content Performance & Analytics:

Track and report on content performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to measure success and optimise strategies. Provide regular updates and recommendations on how to improve engagement, lead generation, and brand authority. Key Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology. Experience in vehicle technology or a similar industry is a plus. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content for a professional audience. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using tools like SEMrush. Ability to develop a content strategy from scratch and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, and social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter). Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and HubSpot. Excellent project management and communication skills. Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. What’s in it for you?
