Description

As a Content Marketing Specialist, the primary responsibility is to create and distribute engaging content that effectively guides prospects and customers through the sales funnel. This role also aims to further establish Amplience as a respected authority in AI content creation and management. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely across the entire marketing lifecycle with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Together, you will execute the global content strategy and produce compelling materials designed to meet pipeline targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience, including blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars and reports. Create impactful and informative content that effectively guides prospects and customers through the sales funnel, supporting overall lead generation strategies. Develop thought leadership marketing campaign materials to build brand authority. Ensure a consistent tone of voice that reflects Amplience's commitment to revolutionising content creation for commerce. Manage on-page SEO content, optimising new and existing website content to maximize search engine rankings, click-through rates, and increase organic traffic. Collaborate with broader marketing team to produce compelling content for ad campaigns and cadences that generate qualified leads and increase CTR for ads across platforms. Conduct competitive research and monitor industry trends, competitors and audience insights to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B content or digital marketing roles with strong understanding of SEO and optimisation levers Experience in software/technology sector preferable Digitally fluent with unquestionable spelling and grammar A natural relationship builder, confident in speaking to and interviewing customers and partners for case studies and marketing materials Self-motivated and highly organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to work well cross-functionally Positive, proactive and solution-focused A results-driven, value-oriented mindset Proficient at regular reporting on content and website performance (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, CRM platforms), able to analyse data and use it to inform content strategy
