Role: Content and PR Manager - Beauty Retail Brand Location : Bracknell Salary : £43K Are you a creative storyteller with experience in content marketing and PR? This is your chance to join a recognised beauty brand and take the lead in leading content marketing for the brand while building strong media relationships. About the Role Develop and oversee content for a variety of channels, including social media, email, and websites. Work closely with brand partners to ensure content aligns with corporate and creative standards. Manage relationships with trade media, contribute to PR strategies, and oversee agency execution. Manage and mentor two direct reports (a coordinator and an executive), ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality outputs. Work alongside the marketing team, particularly with the Creative Manager, to drive innovative projects. Support the organization of events, leveraging opportunities to network and enhance media relations. Experience needed: 4-5 years of experience in content marketing and PR, ideally in the beauty industry or a related sector. A strong ability to manage media relations and build long-term partnerships with trade and industry publications. Exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written skills, with a flair for creating compelling, audience-specific content for different platforms. Line management experience.
