£43,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy

Manage the creation of the annual content calendar (derived from the Content Strategy & the Annual Trading Plan) taking into account all necessary inputs from across the total UK & EU business. Work with the wider content & marketing team to ensure everyone is working to the annual calendar. Lead frequent sessions with the content team to establish themes and activity for the content calendar. Drive valuable content (video, imagery, live education, copy writing & ambassador partnerships) through the business by working with WinWin, Exclusive and Open-Brand suppliers with the support of the Creative Studio team. Stay abreast of competitor activities in the industry to ensure we are leading on content for all suppliers. Manage relationships with suppliers to deliver joint content plans across trade & retail for both UK and CE - be the first point of contact from marketing. Work in partnership with the Education & Training Manager on how we collaborate to create helpful customer facing content for the total business. Work collaboratively with Salon Success to develop content creation plans with the team to ensure we maximize resources and investment in the group. PR

Lead and establish (with support from the Content & Digital Marketing Manager) the PR strategy for both trade & retail across the UK and CE. Develop the PR calendar for both trade & retail across the UK and CE including strategy, goals, budget and tactics. Manage the relationship with the PR agency as the day-to-day contact. Identify and establish a team of influencer partners for the organisation and manage communications, campaigns and day-to-day partnerships with them. With the Agency, identify and define the partnerships with key Associations. Develop media relationships in conjunction with the agency to drive brand awareness and media partnerships. Work with the channel owners to deliver the influencer programme. Lead the charity strategy with the Content & Digital Marketing Manager to identify the right partners and develop the fundraising plan on an annual basis. Content Management

Work with the Marketing Services Manager to establish and effect platform to host all content. Review the effectiveness of content across all channels, including content maintenance, out of date assets, etc. Budget Management

Raise POs, check invoices and actively support the Content & Digital Manager on the content and translation budget reconciliation & forecasting. Continuously look for ways to be more effective & save money. Team Leadership

Manage and mentor the Content & PR Co-ordinator through 1:1's, coaching, objective setting, support with PDP's and giving consistent feedback to support their career goals. Support the Content & PR Co-Ordinator on the creation and delivery of the Blog & Podcast. Oversee briefing, copy checking, image sourcing and analytics. The Ideal Candidate Customer focused and creative thinker to deliver on customer needs. Experience in creating content (e.g. photo shoots) as well as managing agencies to support on content delivery. CMS or DAM experience desirable. Great at building relationships both internally and externally. Experience in managing budgets and delivering on commitments. Self-motivated as well as a team player. Very well organized. People management experience. Excellent communication skills, written & verbal. Confidently can work across functions with multiple people at various levels. Note:
