Meraki Talent is working with a dynamic, forward-thinking professional services firm committed to delivering first-class content to engage and inspire their audience. This is a 6-month appointment with the potential to be extended or made permanent depending on performance.
Role Overview:
The purpose of the Content Writer is to produce high-quality content for the firm's website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, a strong grasp of SEO principles, and the ability to turn complex ideas into easy-to-read and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, write, and edit content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, website pages, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategy and goals.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Create compelling headlines and copy that drives engagement and conversions.
Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency, tone, and grammatical accuracy.
Monitor and analyze content performance to refine and improve strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
Experience of working in a professional services environment
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Familiarity with SEO practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Ability to write in various tones and styles to suit different audiences and platforms.
Strong research skills and the ability to grasp complex topics.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
A portfolio of published work is required.
