The role The Content writer is responsible for producing high-quality, inspiring content around the travel theme to promote the Audley brand and its destinations to support Audley’s business goals for 2024. Working with our Regional Product Managers and colleagues from Digital & Marketing, you’ll write new content or improve existing content, to support a range of activities aligned to Audley’s business goals and marketing strategy. This could involve writing for various online and offline marketing platforms.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the delivery of the content schedule and our business-as-usual commitments. This includes contributing to: the Audley website Audley

Traveller

magazine a variety of direct mail to support campaign and partnership activities e-newsletter content other tasks as requested

About you You will have strong experience of writing online and/or offline content and the ability to work to deadlines and turn around content quickly while maintaining high standards of quality. Your excellent time management will allow you to handle a rolling schedule of concurrent briefs.

Additional experience required:

Excellent written English, spelling and grammar Strong experience of writing online and/or offline content Very high levels of attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines and turn around content quickly while maintaining high standards of quality An understanding of what makes high-quality content, driven by where it sits in the client journey Proven experience of content production for a consumer-facing company, preferably in the travel industry Competency in Microsoft Office A self-starter who is able to work to tight deadlines, across concurrent projects, when required

Desirable:

Although this isn’t a travel writing role and, as such, extensive travel experience isn’t required, you should have a passion for travel and a natural enthusiasm for communicating about it. European travel experience could prove particularly useful for aspects of this role. Experience with producing content for direct mail and/or brochures. Experience in content writing for the cruise industry.
