In this role, you will lead and supervise on contentious construction matters, with some non-contentious opportunities. You will manage disputes, adjudications, and court-based cases for a variety of clients, including developers and insurers. You will engage in drafting and negotiation of construction documents and also supervise more junior members of the team. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise on contentious construction matters. Manage disputes, adjudications, and court-based cases. Draft and negotiate construction documents. Supervise junior team members. Qualifications: Proven experience in construction disputes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively.
