The successful legal director will provide senior-level support, contributing technical expertise, business development skills, and operational guidance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex probate disputes, including Will Validity, Inheritance Act Claims, Trust Disputes, and Estate Administration Disputes.
Ensure high-quality client service, case management, and effective use of technology.
Foster business growth and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years PQE in contentious probate law.
Strong technical expertise, business development experience, and team leadership skills.
