Contentious Probate Solicitor - Exeter
We are looking for a contentious probate solicitor to join our client, a Top 100 law firm. They are looking to grow their contentious probate offering across the South West. You will be based within the Tier 1 contentious probate team from the Exeter office on a hybrid basis.
You'll be working on a range of contentious probate matters, including inheritance disputes for both individuals and charities. You'll be managing a busy caseload for high-profile clients.
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years' PQE and be able to demonstrate that you are a well-rounded solicitor in contentious probate. Our client is looking for someone around the senior associate level. ACTAPS and STEP qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential; you will be supported to achieve this.
