Although you are Devon based, much of the work will be Bristol, London and nationally based
What will you do?
Handle a top-quality contentious probate/trust caseload
In particular, advise on one high value and high profile Contentious Trusts/Probate case
Work alongside trainees and a fully-fledged secretarial support team
As the department evolves you will naturally progress to be the team leader/head of this sub team
What will you need?
To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
At least 2 years' litigation experience
Contentious probate/trusts experience would be ideal, but not essential
If you have a more general dispute resolution background but want to specialise in contentious probate, then definitely get in touch!
