Contentious Probate Solicitor – Gloucestershire Law firm
A well-established Gloucestershire-based law firm is looking to hire a private client solicitorwith at least 3 years' post qualification to manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters.
The Role:
Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
Disputes over will validity, testator capacity and estate administration
Advising on trust formation, administration and taxation
Providing specialist advice for elderly clients
Your Experience:
3+ years PQE, ideally with STEP or SFE qualifications
Proven experience with contested wills, inheritance claims
Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT, and income tax in estate planning
Competence in estate administration, deeds of variation and LPA preparation
