Now, the firm is looking to strengthen its top-tier Private Wealth team with the addition of a Contentious Trusts and Probate Partner / Senior Associate.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an experienced Contentious Trusts and Probate Partner to join their highly regarded Private Wealth department in their St Albans office. This department is ranked in the top tier by both Legal 500 and Chambers and is known for handling some of the most prestigious and complex matters in the industry, both nationally and internationally.

The role will involve a broad and varied caseload, including multi-jurisdictional estates, domicile disputes, will validity and construction challenges, acting for trustees and beneficiaries in breach of trust claims, and more. You will also handle claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, property ownership disputes, and professional negligence related to wills, trusts, or tax advice.
