The Role
As a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor, you will manage a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, including: Challenges to the validity of wills Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 Executor and trustee disputes Disputes involving lifetime gifts and proprietary estoppel Advising beneficiaries, trustees, and personal representatives
You will also contribute to business development initiatives, enhancing the firm's reputation in this specialised area of law.
Who We're Looking For: A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in contentious trusts and probate matters. Exceptional communication and client care skills, with a compassionate and tailored approach. Proven ability to effectively manage a busy and varied caseload. A proactive and commercially minded attitude towards business development and team collaboration.
