Responsibilities & Duties:
Navigating claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
Strategically resolving disputes pertaining to Wills
Expertly managing proprietary estoppel claims
Addressing intricate trust disputes with precision
Crafting tailored statutory Wills to meet client needs
Advocating in contested Court of Protection applications
Proactively handling caveats, warnings, and citations
Initiating proceedings for the removal of Executors and Trustees
Ensuring integrity in cases involving maladministration of Estates and Trusts
Managing rectification claims with attention to detail
Resolving complex Will Construction disputes
Conducting thorough tracing of estate and trust assets
Navigating matters involving Constructive / Resulting Trusts with expertise
The ideal candidate for the role of Solicitor joining the Contentious Trusts and Probate Team should demonstrate exceptional client care and commercial awareness. They should possess confidence, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor, alongside essential attributes such as initiative, ambition, adaptability, and flexibility. Effective organizational and communication skills are also vital. The successful candidate must excel in delivering outstanding client service, maintaining integrity, discretion, and adept problem-solving skills even in demanding situations.

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,148.80 per year
