Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; Will validity challenges concerning testamentary capacity, undue influence and fraudulent calumny; Mutual wills disputes; Claims over property concerning constructive / resulting trusts and proprietary estoppel; Disputes between beneficiaries and executors/trustees concerning the administration of wills and trusts; Claims brought under TOLATA 1996.
Have experience and knowledge of civil procedure within the High Court, particularly within the Chancery Division; Have enthusiasm and vision for the continued growth of the firm’s contentious trusts and probate offering.
