Position Title Contingent Workforce Specialist Position Type Contract Start Date ASAP Duration 12 months Location London Contact : Alena I | +44 151 808 1052 Purpose of Role: The Contingent Workforce Management team is responsible for company policy formulation and system construction related to contingent workforce worldwide, providing comprehensive contingent workforce solutions to help business compliance and efficient use of contingent workforce resources. Responsibilities: Establish and enhance contingent workforce management systems, processes, policies, and procedures in collaboration with HR, Internal Controls, Procurement, Ethics, and Business teams to effectively oversee third-party workers, independent contractors, and outsourced staff. Conduct external and internal research to identify industry best practices and recommend optimized solutions for outsourcing models, ROI improvement, and management capability enhancement. Collaborate with local business units to standardize contingent workforce management processes and guidelines, including employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, payment processes, cost control, and budget management. Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in contingent workforce program management. In-depth knowledge of contingent workforce management practices and personnel-related regulations. Strong experience in managing contingent workforce staff lifecycles, cost control, market research, and familiarity with local legal requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Experience in both contingent workforce management vendor and client companies. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws related to contingent workforce in EMEA Someone who can work independently
