Job Description The Intern is responsible for gaining exposure to career opportunities within the oil and gas technology industry. Supporting and managing the tasks that create value for the Technicians and Supervisors and help the organization streamline and create opportunities for the tasks tracking digitally. Key Responsibilities Internal & External Supply Chain Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the supply chain. CMMS Management: Update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with relevant documents, certifications, and maintenance records to ensure data accuracy and compliance. IMTE Calibration & Traceability Tracking: Oversee the calibration of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE), ensuring traceability and compliance with industry standards. SAP Purchasing: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP for materials, components, and services, ensuring timely procurement to meet operational needs. Data Package Compilation: Compile and organize data packages for external customers, ensuring all necessary documentation and certifications are complete and accurate. COSHH Assessments & SDS Tracking: Assist with the preparation and tracking of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessments and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lithium Battery Consumption Tracking: Monitor and track accurate inventory records. RAN Tracking: Manage and track Returnable Asset Numbers (RAN). Material Request Organization: Support the surface team to manage and track the field Material Requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting Ability to work within a dynamic and diverse team Good organizational skills BlueFlex (if eligible): We are open to flexible, hybrid working with a combination of on-site & home working days.
