The Continuous Improvement and Demand team are responsible for the management of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across South Wales Police. We are looking for someone with the skills, experience and enthusiasm to undertake this new role and make positive changes for our communities and our staff. Key Responsibilities:

Working with the team responsible for liaison with BCU’s and Departments to provide advice and guidance to identify potential areas for improvements. Supporting the Continuous Improvement team to deliver change within their teams. Learn about the Continuous Improvement tools available and develop an understanding of the appropriate methodology to deliver the change. Assist in workshops with business leads and stakeholders to map out current processes, identify barriers and opportunities to improve. Providing project management support to the continuous improvement team. Skills and Experience Required:

Studying in a relevant discipline, or with transferable knowledge, you will be able to demonstrate some knowledge in the field of change management or performance improvement, business and/or project management. Attitude and adaptability to change will be key for this role.
