We are looking for an experienced, Continuous Improvement Lead, who is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt professional, with an established Manufacturing background, to join our growing organisation. You will be utilising six sigma black belt methodologies to lead, motivate, and influence project teams, giving them the leadership ability to implement Six Sigma processes, whilst being comfortable with managing and driving change, as an enthusiastic change agent with clear and effective communication. What you’ll be doing as our Continuous Improvement Lead: Lead and manage Six Sigma projects and initiatives. Develop and implement Six Sigma strategies and plans. Train and mentor team members in Six Sigma methodology. Analyse data and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement plans. Monitor and report on project progress. Develop and implement quality control systems. Identify and eliminate sources of waste and inefficiency. Build hopper of projects. Project areas you will cover: Process Improvement Engineering Solutions Project Management Quality improvement Continuous Improvement projects Key skills: Project Management:

Ability to manage projects from start to finish, including setting goals, developing plans, and tracking progress. Statistical Analysis:

Ability to analyse data and identify trends and patterns, using statistical software to analyse data and draw conclusions. Process Improvement:

Ability to identify areas of improvement in processes and develop solutions. Leadership and Teamwork:

Ability to lead multiple teams, encouraging systematic problem solving methods and strong team ethic. Experienced required: Six Sigma Black Belt certified Experience from Manufacturing industry Proven track record of successful Six Sigma projects Ability to lead and motivate teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and techniques Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Ability to work independently and in a team You’ll have these personal attributes: Define:
