We're setting out on an exciting journey here in the Shared Service Centre at United Living and we need a Continuous Improvement Lead to help us achieve our ambitious goals. Passionate about change? Obsessed with process improvement? Love working with people? Looking for a new challenge in a fast pace environment? Sound good? We'd love to hear from you. What will you be doing? Reporting to our Head of Change, this role will play a key role driving and delivering continuous improvement and business process improvement activities in our Shared Service Centre, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver better ways of working. Here are the key responsibilities of the role: Supporting the development and delivery of our continuous improvement programme Creating, organising and delivering high quality continuous improvement training based on Lean methodology Planning, facilitating and delivering the mapping of business processes Facilitating and delivering reviews of process design, controls and performance Shaping and delivering new process designs that reduce waste and improve performance, ensuring changes land in a controlled way and benefits are tracked and sustained Planning, creating and delivering high quality communication Qualifications

What we need? Strong understanding and application of process improvement methodologies with experience of facilitating and delivering process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma Passionate about change with a proactive mindset. Always looking for improvements and identifying ideas and solutions An enquiring mind with a desire to learn and grow Self-starter with ability to work independently The personality and confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure changes land successfully Worked in a change role ideally within a Shared Service Centre or similar, preferably with 2 years or more experience. Relevant qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects Experience in preparing and delivering training Experience of facilitating and delivering the mapping of business processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent written, presentation and facilitation skills Experience of delivering benefits management Proficient in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Vision Additional Information
