We are seeking a diligent Continuous Improvement Practitioner to enhance our our clients logistics department. The role involves streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving change within the organisation. Client Details Our client is a large multi site transportations organisation based in Birmingham, operating within a public sector. They provide vital services to thousands of people daily and are committed to continuous improvement in all areas of their business. Description Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives across the logistics department. Developing robust, data-driven strategies to enhance the quality of service. Working collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth operation and coordination. Training teams in continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement. Monitoring and reporting on process improvement projects. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation. Profile A successful Continuous Improvement Practitioner should have: A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within a public sector or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (green/black belt), or other continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Offer An estimated salary range of 52000 - 57000 GBP per annum. Generous holiday leave.
