As the Continuous Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for; Collaborating with leadership to identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities. Leading engineering projects to improve processes, services, and products, as well as overseeing investment projects and plant shutdowns. Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely and on-spec project delivery. Monitoring and reporting on repair measures, fault data, and project progress. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures. Supporting cross-departmental teams to meet customer and business needs. Overseeing budget, timeline, and quality for all projects, and managing the project team. Facilitating communication among stakeholders and providing technical support. Assessing engineering services and implementing corrective actions as needed. To be considered for the Continuous Improvement Project Engineer position, you will need; Proven project engineering experience, ideally in continuous improvement. Strong proficiency in design software and MS Office. Experience with technical documentation (process diagrams, circuit diagrams, etc.) and control systems. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Ability to manage cross-functional projects. Leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent time management and organisation.
