Duties of the successful Continuous Improvement & Training Officer will involve:
Ensure that all training programmes & metrics are maintained and incorporate any new processes within training manuals in a timely manner. Support health and safety training ensuring that each and every employee is aware of the company's policies. Conduct staff inductions training new employees on the company's policies & procedures. Lead minor kaizen projects and monitor effectively. Support continuous improvement initiatives. This is a phenomenal company that from their modern facility, produces exquisite products and are respected as an award-winning quality producer.
The Successful Continuous Improvement & Training Officer will enjoy: Circa £33k + amazing benefits (health, huge discounts & more).
