Duties of the Successful Continuous Improvement & Training Officer Will Involve: Ensure that all training programmes & metrics are maintained and incorporate any new processes within training manuals in a timely manner. Support health and safety training ensuring that each and every employee is aware of the company's policies. Give staff inductions, training new employees on the company's policies & procedures. Lead minor Kaizen projects and monitor effectively. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
