There’s a permanent opportunity for you here as a Contract Support working on one of our Data Centre sites in the Docklands, London area.


The Role

  • Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract
  • Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms
  • Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front line teams
  • Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
  • Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion
  • Strong administrative skills/ experience
  • Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses
  • Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Microsoft Office IT Skills


Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
  • Strong administration duties
  • Excel and Microsoft experience
