Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Argyll Homes for All (AHFA) are seeking to recruit a full-time Contract Administrator to provide administrative support to the West Argyll Repairs team based in Oban. AHFA is part of the Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) group and also works in partnership with West Highland Housing Association & Fyne Homes. This is a fast-paced and dynamic working environment supporting the West Repairs Team, primarily dealing with West Highland Housing Association repairs and providing support/cover for other contracts the team manages. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the West Argyll Repairs team. Handle customer and contractor communications via telephone and email. Manage a high volume of interactions with tenants, operatives, landlords, and sub-contractors. Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements: Experience in general office administration. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. A keen interest and understanding of the housing repairs & maintenance sector. This post requires a Basic Disclosure Scotland check.
