Salary: £29,405 - £34,034 per annum, pro rata

Are you looking to make a difference with a new and exciting challenge? We’re looking for an exceptional Contract Administrator to join our team in Stevenage, to assist the business in achieving company goals and business objectives.
As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for the administration and planning duties in a busy environment. The duties will include being the main point of contact for our customers, dealing with general queries to specialist areas to ensure statutory and contract compliance.
As part of the team, you will provide efficient and effective support for the business including but not limited to:
Produce accurate and timely data in line with business requirements.
Liaise with staff from across the business to ensure all required support is delivered.
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders on day-to-day queries for the areas the team is responsible for.
Support all management plans, systems, and controls in line with the company’s business objectives and strategies.
Assist in ensuring that any recommendations included within internal and/or external audits are actioned with learning outcomes captured.
Work with relevant departments to support all needs and requirements.
Promote collaborative working throughout the team ensuring they feel empowered to make decisions.
Comply with the group's Equality and Diversity policy and legislation.
Facilitate and provide administrative support for a variety of training courses including induction days.
To be successful in this role, you will already have similar experience in a previous administration role, as well as an excellent understanding of all IMS systems. You’ll also have a sound working knowledge and experience of business operating systems and the MS Office suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in this role, along with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Stevenage. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one or two days per week.
