About the Opportunity

The role of Contracts Administrator will see you as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications into the Contract and Governance team. You will review, distribute, and record correspondence, utilising your knowledge of the business and access to your QBE network, to provide concise and timely information. The Contract and Governance team are in charge of Contract Management, Quality Assurance, Risk management including controls testing, Audit and driving the operations Privacy Obligations. Key Activities as a Contracts Administrator include:

Effectively manage incoming and outgoing communications Assist with delivering contract obligations Assist with the generation and tracking of contractual invoicing Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Administrative assistance to the broader team Your Story So Far

Experience within Workers Compensation is preferred Solid administrative background with an eye for detail Experience with contracts, policy, and legislation Confident in seeking out information, delivering timely solutions and navigating grey areas with certainty Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment A curious mind that wants to know 'how it's done' About QBE
