Chappell Engineering Limited is a dynamic and customer-focused engineering firm. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our busy Customer Facing Team. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Facing Team. Manage all administrative tasks in accordance with business recording systems. Handle general office duties including answering phone calls, scanning, photocopying, filing, and reception duties. Prepare and distribute incoming enquiry paperwork. Input data accurately into SAP. Maintain and update First Aid boxes and Defibrillators. Order office supplies as needed. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in SAP and other office software. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Hours: Core hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with potential for additional hours by agreement). Compensation: Benefits: Pension plan at 9% company contribution 25 days holiday entitlement.
