Contract Administrator | Stonehouse, Gloucestershire | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday | £25,000 - £28,000 per year Our client is a dynamic and customer-focused engineering firm. They are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join their busy Customer Facing Team. Are you the right person for the job? Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in SAP and other office software Excellent communication skills The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team What will your role look like? Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Facing Team Handle office duties such as answering phone calls, scanning, photocopying, filing, and reception tasks Prepare and distribute incoming enquiry documentation Accurately input data into SAP Maintain and update First Aid boxes and Defibrillators Manage office supplies and other administrative tasks as needed What can you expect in return?
