Contracts Administrator

to join a leading global manufacturer within the aerospace industry. This role is part of the

Commercial Team , providing operational and administrative support across various activities and accounts. Key Responsibilities: Assist with routine, non-complex bid administrative tasks. Support basic contract administration, including inputting, processing, and monitoring contractual terms, pricing, and shipping information. Contribute to the administration of commercial structures and trading terms. Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team to meet business requirements. Key Skills and Attributes: Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge within the team. Commitment to high standards and ethical integrity. Proactive and organised approach to tasks. The hours of work are Mon-Thu 0800-1645 with 30 mins lunch or 0800-1700 with 45 mins lunch, Fri 0800-1200. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a high-performing engineering business. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills and industry knowledge while supporting the delivery of innovative, life-saving products.
